Aqua Aerobics, X-Training and Bootcamp B.S.C. offers a progressive and fully equipped Aqua Aerobics program. Get your feet wet with basic Aqua Aerobics classes. Then take the plunge to a more challenging boot camp or cross training class. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Aqua ZUMBA® This is the "Pool Party" workout for all ages. An effective and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba fun formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness. All the benefits and Latin flavors from a land class with the added resistance from the water but without the stress to your body.
Boot Camp A mix of different cardio styles. Different stations and obstacles and drills to get that heart pumping. If you seek a challenge then this high intense workout is for you. Not for the faint of heart.
C.D.L. (Conditioning for Daily Living) This is a seated workout designed to stimulate and enhance muscle strength, coordination, and balance. This class is guaranteed to promote an overall sense of wellness, enabling you to accomplish more of your daily activities with ease and confidence. All levels welcome.
Cycling Test your endurance as you hit the road! This advanced cardiovascular challenge will take you on a journey you may not want to return from! Position yourself on one of our stationary bikes and have our cycling instructors take you on a journey. (60 minute class).
Down to the Core / Resist-a-Core This 60 min class will help develop and strengthen the body’s core muscles. This will be achieved through abdominal work, pilates moves and yoga stretching.
Get Pumped A combination of upper and lower body movements using weights, tubing or body bars to tone and work the muscles of the body. Also incorporating abdominal work as well for a total body workout. All levels are welcome.
Hatha Yoga Is a complete system for total physical, mental, and spiritual development. Through deep breathing, stretching and awareness you will learn to enhance your health, focus your mind, and open your heart. Learning how to incorporate flow movements of yoga with sun salutation series including meditation.
Flow Yoga A moderately paced series of sequential movements that focus on strength and flexibility. The continuous movements can make it aerobic and challenging!
Chair Yoga This seated yoga class has been developed to safely teach the mature group and anyone lacking stamina & agility. This exercise will bring about mental & physical awareness that promotes greater health & harmony.
Pilates In this 60 minute class, you will re-align the body, develop deep muscle conditioning and strength while integrating the mind, by focusing in on concentration and control. Flexibility and coordination will be mastered. Relax, Rejuvenate and Reward Yourself!
Mat Pilates 30 mins of core strengthening work as well as stretching and lengthening of the muscles.
Sun - Salutation Yoga Joy of movement class for those experienced in sun-salutations.

Step Challenge This class will provide you with intricate choreography that will challenge your mind and make you sweat.
Zumba® This class is a fusion of Latin, International, and popular music/dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.
Get on the Ball This class uses resist-a-balls to work on balance as well as strengthen the core muscles.
Step & Jab Enjoy the challenge of step class with a mix of kickboxing moves using the step as well as the floor.
Triple Threat The traditional step class with a mix of punches, kick and even some jump rope skipping. Sure to get the heart pumping.
Kickboxing An intense cardio workout, incorporating different punches and kicks, that will help strengthen the body as well as the mind. This is beneficial for all fitness levels.
Total Body Challenge A combination of low impact, cardio kickboxing and sculpting utilizing your arms, legs and abdominal. It’s a total body workout!
Cardio DANCE! An invigorating low impact aerobic class incorporating various dance movements. ie. Caribbean, African etc. All levels welcome!
Step & Pump A 60 minute class that combines aerobic/step training with weight and resistance training.
Cardio Jam This low impact work out is sure to get that heart pumping and those feet moving. Fun choreography and music that will keep you coming back for more. A good place to start.
ABSolution A class consisting of concentrated abdominal work to flatten and shape the stomach and waist.
